By accessing or using aidata.market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
Sellers must have legal rights to all datasets they list on the platform. Datasets must not contain personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly disclosed. Buyers agree to use purchased data only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the dataset license terms.
aidata.market charges a platform fee on each transaction: 5% for trades under 1,000 EUR, 3% for trades between 1,000 and 10,000 EUR, and 1.5% for trades over 10,000 EUR. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payouts to sellers are made via Stripe Connect.
Sellers retain ownership of their datasets. By listing a dataset, sellers grant buyers a license as specified in the listing terms. aidata.market does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content. The aidata.market name, logo, and platform software are the intellectual property of aidata.market.
aidata.market provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data quality disputes between buyers and sellers. Our total liability is limited to the fees collected on the relevant transaction.
